A MAN FROM Microsoft claimed that its browser, Internet Explorer, owes its success not to the fact it's bundled
free with Windows but because it's better than anything else, full stop.
Rishi Srivastava, Windows client director at Microsoft India, made the bizarre comments in response to an article run by the Financial Express.
He told the newspaper that that it's only the techie community that use other browsers like Firefox and Opera. Your average Josephine or Joe Punter find IE as comfortable as a very comfortable soft couch in heaven. µ
