Computer downtime could solve world hunger

scam

The idea that gene manipulation and science fiction food is going to solve the food crisis is absurd.

There is enough "good old natural food" for everyone... the poor just don't have enough money to buy it...

Don't believe those multinational corporations all they are trying to do is monopolise food production with patents on seeds and plants

...they caused the problem in the first place and now try to make big money out of it.

Progress is necessary

And I'd be happy to donate some processor time to this problem, but with two reserves :
1) this is not another GM-food project in creation
2) Monsanto will not make billions out of "selling" to the poor
Can anyone guarantee either one of the two ?
