Lots of suckers in this world
No (Ring of) Death Box for me the have to pay to play. Screw MS. My PC and PS3 are free to play online and I will keep it that way. There was only one game the 360 had I wanted and it is coming to the PC, (Mass Effect) Thank EA Games since obviously Bioware was a bitch for MS you taking them over changed that.Blizzard learned that when they tried to abandon the PC market with Ghost. The backlash was immense.
60 GB...
I remember when 60GB was a big hard drive... way back in 2001. In fact, it was an IBM Deathstar, which never actually gave up the ghost before it was replaced. Are these XBox 360 drives special or something? Because it almost seems they cost so much because a 20GB or 60GB hard drive is a rare commodity these days.The plastic covers are really expensive.
Apparently the little plastic shell that M$ puts the sata drives into are really expensive. As a 20GB sata drive only runs $30-$40, the other $60 must be for that plastic shell and the packaging.M$ needs to take a cue from sony, and let you use your own HDs if you want to upgrade.
