When I glanced quickly at the link I read it as "WTF" ... which is apt because that was my first thought on reading this. How on earth can such behaviour by the fil^H^H^H police be considered acceptable*? I'm not surprised she resisted arrest!* granted I've not seen the video of the incident, but since when did loud indignation and arm waving require such brutal intervention?
