Since 7. november 2007 is HSUPA technology available through mobile operator Orange Slovakia.

1.6 percent great?

First of all, congratulations are in order for anyone who manages this type of collaboration. They say governments can't work together. Well, this just proves...we'll see.

Anyway, here's the quote that caught my eye:

"The 1.6 per cent growth is greater in Italy than in other countries"

That's rather frightening. 1.6% is anemic for anything but interest rates. It's a sure sign of saturation, dis-incentives to growth, or lack of interest. Oh well, it's a start.

I, for one, welcome our new (old) Sicilian/Chinese overlords.

Not the 1st even in italy

3 Italy, From the group H3G have already start the deployment of HSUPA in italy in september 2007 (The 7th)

And Vodafone Italy already give the HUWEI E270 modem HSUPA ready from october.
